Return & Refund Policy
RETURN
Our policy lasts 7 days. If your parcel contains defective, missing, or wrong item/s, we can give you a refund or exchange, given that not more than 7 days have gone by since you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUND
To request for return, you may reach out to us through the Contact Us page. Please give a brief discussion of the problem encountered, and provide a clear unboxing video of it, for security purposes only. If your return request is approved, we will immediately process your refund. Expect that you will receive it in your Gcash or bank account, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
